By accessing and using Toolaro ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Toolaro provides TradingView Pine Script indicators and algo systems for educational and informational purposes. Access is granted through a subscription model with UPI payments and credit wallet system.
New users are eligible for one 7-day free trial per email address. Trial access grants full use of selected indicators. Trial cannot be extended and access is automatically revoked upon expiry.
Payments are made via UPI to the provided UPI ID. Credits are added after manual verification, typically within 2-4 hours. Subscriptions are non-refundable once TradingView access is granted.
All Toolaro indicators, algo systems, and platform code are proprietary and owned by Toolaro. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any tools without written permission.
Toolaro tools are provided for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees about trading performance or profitability. Past results do not guarantee future performance.
Toolaro shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or other losses arising from use of our tools. Users trade at their own risk.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, share access credentials, or attempt to circumvent our payment systems.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
